Bookings
Submitting a booking request through this site reserves your spot pending confirmation from your guide. No payment is taken at the time of booking — you'll be contacted by email to confirm your dates and arrange payment.
Payment
Payment can be arranged by wallet, card, or in person on arrival, as agreed directly with your guide. Prices listed on the site are per person for a private tour and are subject to change until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge any time before your travel date. If you've already paid, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. We ask for as much notice as possible so your guide can plan accordingly.
Assumption of Risk
Photography tours may involve travel to remote areas, boats, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that travel in Bangladesh carries inherent risks, and you are responsible for your own health, safety, and any required travel insurance. We recommend consulting your government's travel advisories before booking international travel.
Photography and Image Use
Photos you take during your tour are yours. Occasionally, with your permission, we may ask to feature images from a tour (with photographer credit) in our own marketing — we'll always ask first.
Changes to Tours
Itineraries may be adjusted for weather, safety, or local conditions at your guide's discretion. We'll always aim to preserve the spirit and value of the tour you booked.
