When you book a tour or send us a message, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (if given), travel dates, and any special requests or details in your message. If you create an account, we also store your name and email, and if you sign in with Google, your profile photo.
How We Use It
We use your information solely to communicate with you about your booking or inquiry, coordinate tour logistics with your guide, and respond to your messages. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond running your tour or answering your question.
Cookies and Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is anonymized in aggregate and helps us improve the site — it is not linked to your booking or contact information. We also use a small session cookie to keep you logged in if you create an account, and a security cookie to protect forms from spam.
Third-Party Services
We embed YouTube videos on our homepage; YouTube may set its own cookies when you view them, governed by Google's own privacy policy. If you sign in with Google, that authentication is handled directly by Google — we never see or store your Google password.
Data Retention
We keep booking and message records for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain reasonable business records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting purposes.
